To find an outfit from a video by hand, check the caption and comments for links, then screenshot each piece and search it with Google Lens. It works one piece at a time.

Creators often tag brands or pin links. Tap more on the caption and look for a pinned comment.
Search each piece
Screenshot the frame, open it in Google Lens, and crop to one piece at a time.
It works, but it is a search per piece, and the results are easy to lose track of once the video is buried in your saves.

Recola is an iPhone app for everything you save.
Share the video
On TikTok, tap the Share arrow, then More. On Instagram, tap the paper plane, then Share to.
Pick Recola
In the iPhone share sheet, tap Recola, or Save to Recola in the list under the apps. The first time, you may need to tap More to find it. After that it stays in reach.
Tap Done and keep scrolling
Recola confirms the save in about a second. It reads the video while you carry on, and lets you know when it has been filed.
Open the look
In Outfits, each piece is listed with its brand and colour. Pieces with a match have a shop button; the rest are listed in words.

- A shop link when Recola finds a listing it trusts, marked exact or similar.

Saving inside the app you found it in is free. Recola is a subscription through the App Store, and the Monthly and Annual plans start with a free trial.
