To make a shopping list from saved recipes by hand, open each recipe, copy its ingredients into one list, and merge the duplicates. With recipes saved as videos, you first have to find the amounts in each clip.

Recola is an iPhone app for everything you save. Your recipes have to be in it first, shared from TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
Open a recipe
In Recipes, open the dish and tap LIST. You get a shopping list by aisle, things you probably have at the end.
Or plan the week
Open Ask Recola from Search and ask for a meal plan for the week from your saved recipes.
Shop from it
A meal plan has one shopping list for every recipe in it. Send it to yourself or to whoever is doing the shop.
What you get back
- A list of things to buy, not cooking measures: two lemons, not a quarter cup of juice.
- Grouped by aisle: produce, meat and seafood, dairy and eggs, bakery, pantry, frozen.
- The same ingredient across recipes merged into one line.
- Meal plans made only from recipes you saved.

Can I make a grocery list from TikTok recipes?
Yes. Save them to Recola, then tap LIST on a recipe, or ask Recola for a meal plan and use its list.
Does the meal plan suggest recipes I didn't save?
No. A Recola meal plan uses only the recipes you saved.
Is Recola free?
Saving inside the app you found it in is free. Recola is a subscription through the App Store, and the Monthly and Annual plans start with a free trial.
Does Recola work on Android?
Not yet. Recola is on iPhone today.
